The former MTV reality star, Cavallari dated actor Nick Zano from 2006 till December 2007.Kristin has already made the first move to rid of her body art which reminds her of her ex-flame. She recently visited the office of Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan, to undergo a treatment to remove the tattoo.
